Job summary

Sanofi Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for the U.S. Hematologic Oncology team. This field-based role collaborates with KOLs, Oncology Nurses, and cross-functional partners to align on product and disease-state strategies and ensure access to resources.

The TLL will lead KOL programming, gather market insights, coordinate speaker activities, and support advisory boards while complying with legal and regulatory requirements. Travel will be substantial to conferences and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four+ years of field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 60%–75% and valid driver's license.
• Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory or within a reasonable distance.

Responsibilities

• KOL engagement and advocacy development aligning with cross-functional teammates and brand strategy.
• Capture market insights from interactions with KOLs and HCPs to inform strategy and materials.
• Coordinate speaker programs, training, contracting, and compliance for on-label KOL activities.
• Plan and execute regional and national KOL engagements and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with field teams and home office to ensure cohesive tactical execution.
