Qualifications

• Master's Degree in nursing or ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or PA certification required.
• Prescriptive authority as applicable in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Oversees APP staffing and deployment for inpatient and outpatient thoracic services.
• Conducts annual performance evaluations with leadership.
• Pursues quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
