Job summary

Novocure is seeking an experienced Territory Manager, Thoracic in Columbus, OH to drive sales for a lung cancer therapy. You will lead field-based activities, develop territory plans, and collaborate with medical, marketing, and patient services teams to expand access and improve patient outcomes.

You will manage relationships with academic centers and community practices, navigate reimbursement, and travel 40–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare.
• Field sales experience in oncology.
• 3–5 years oncology sales with targets.
• Experience selling to academic centers and community practices.
• Strong relationships with medical professionals, especially oncologists.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving to navigate complex sales.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare and medical devices.
• Ability to manage territory across sales, marketing, reimbursement, and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Launch a new therapeutic modality in the lung cancer space.
• Lead field-based sales and promotional activities with oncology healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Execute corporate and regional strategies across the assigned geography.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow HCP prescribing within approved labeling.
• Build confidence in Tumor Treating Fields through branded and unbranded materials.
• Provide in-customer support related to reimbursement and billing.
