Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Virginia region to expand access to TTFields therapy across oncology practices. You will build relationships with academic centers and community practices, navigate access challenges, and implement territory plans to drive adoption and growth.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial mindset, resourcefulness, and developing opportunities from the ground up within a dynamic healthcare market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare or related field.
3–5+ years of successful field sales experience in medical device, complex healthcare technology, oncology, or related markets.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building new business within a territory.
Experience gaining access to complex accounts and influencing multiple stakeholders.
Experience selling within academic medical centers and large community-based practices.

Responsibilities

Provide field-based sales and promotional activities directed to oncology healthcare professionals in oncology settings.
Develop and implement territory account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Execute territory strategies to drive adoption and growth of the technology.
Identify new business opportunities to grow HCP prescribing within approved labeling in the territory.
