Job summary

Novocure in Columbus, OH is seeking a Territory Manager, Thoracic to drive field-based oncology sales across academic centers and community practices. Build trusted relationships with medical oncologists, promote TTFields adoption, and manage a defined territory.

This full-time role reports to the Thoracic Regional Business Director and requires travel, strategic planning, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare.
• 3–5 years oncology sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience selling to academic centers and community practices.
• Ability to manage an assigned territory with sales, marketing, reimbursement and support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch of a new therapeutic modality in the lung cancer space.
• Lead field-based sales activities with oncology professionals and stakeholders.
• Develop territory account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Medical, Marketing, Education, Access, Patient Services).
• Maintain timely CRM records and comply with company policies.
