Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager (Thoracic/Pancreatic) to drive oncology field sales in Virginia. You will work field-based across academic institutions and community practices, building new accounts and expanding access to TTFields therapy.

You will develop territory plans, navigate access challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets in a dynamic healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare.
• 3–5+ years of field sales experience in medical devices or complex healthcare markets.
• Proven ability to access complex accounts and influence multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based sales activities targeting oncology health care professionals and staff.
• Develop territory account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals.
• Execute regional strategies to expand adoption of our therapy across the Virginia territory.
