Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: greet residents, sign in/out, take calls, sort mail.
• Security/Accountability: conduct rounds, bed checks, searches, log documentation.
• Administer urine samples and alco-sensor tests per schedule; document in SecurManage.
• Serve as pro-social role model and address resident concerns.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
