Job summary

Community Resources For Justice (CRJ) in Boston, MA is seeking a Program Monitor for its Reentry Services division. The role focuses on front desk operations, security accountability, and compassionate resident support within group homes.

The starting pay is $18/hour with a $20/hour shift differential, part-time, 8 hours per week. The Program Monitor will document activities, conduct life/safety checks, and assist residents while maintaining a calm, pro-social presence.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience documenting and writing reports.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Security background is a plus and beneficial for the role.
• Prior experience in residential or behavioral health settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: greet residents, sign in/out, answer calls, manage visitors.
• Security/Accountability: life/safety checks, bed checks, searches, monitor daily details.
• Take urine samples as scheduled and complete documentation, perform alco-sensor tests.
• Serve as pro-social role model to support residents' behavior changes and address concerns.
• Enter documentation in SecureManage and attend required training/meetings.
• Perform other job-related projects as directed.
