Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of security-related experience preferred but not required.
• Must complete a preemployment background check.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: sign residents in/out, greet visitors, answer calls, sort mail, document in SecurManage.
• Security/Accountability: conduct nightly rounds, bed checks, searches, monitor daily details, document in SecurManage.
• Urine samples per schedule; administer alco-sensor tests; document in SecurManage.
• Serve as pro-social role model and respond to resident concerns.
• Attend trainings and meetings; perform other duties as required.
