Job summary

Community Resources for Justice, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking an entry-level Program Monitor (First Shift) to join our compassionate team. This full-time, 40-hour/week position offers on-site work at Coolidge House, with a starting hourly rate of $18–$20 and a shift differential.

You will perform front desk duties, security rounds, urine testing, and support residents, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of security experience preferred.
• Must complete preemployment background check.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: sign residents in/out, answer calls, greet visitors, and document in SecurManage.
• Security/Accountability Duties: conduct house rounds, life/safety checks, bed checks, bag/room searches, and monitor daily details.
• Take urine samples per schedule and complete documentation, administer alco-sensor tests, enter documentation in SecurManage.
• Serve as pro-social role model to residents to support behavior change and respond to concerns.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; perform other job-related projects as directed.
