Job summary

Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is hiring a Program Monitor to join our Boston team in an entry-level, part-time role. The position offers 32 hours per week, non-exempt status, and eligibility for benefits with an hourly wage of $18–$20, plus shift differential.

This role provides valuable training and opportunities for career advancement within CRJ's mission-driven environment. The schedule is second shift and includes weekends."

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of security experience preferred but not required.
• Must complete background check.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: welcome residents, sign in/out, answer calls, greet visitors, perform spot checks, enter data in SecurManage, sort and distribute mail.
• Security/Accountability: conduct house rounds, life/safety checks, nightly bed checks, searches, monitor daily details, enter data in SecurManage.
• Urine samples per schedule; perform alco-sensor tests; document in SecurManage.
• Serve as pro-social role model to residents and address concerns, needs and complaints.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; perform other duties as required.
