Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the third shift to lead a skilled maintenance team on the plant floor. You will supervise planned, scheduled, and emergency maintenance ensuring safe, reliable production operations and strong collaboration with production and planning teams.

You will spend substantial time on the shop floor, guiding technicians, reviewing downtime, and prioritizing work orders while maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems and related mechanical equipment.
• SAP or comparable computerized maintenance management system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team’s safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure work orders, approvals, and equipment changes are documented.
• Attend shift-handover meetings and review downtime and open actions.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work on schedule, safety, and cost.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-floor support to technicians.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and site policies for the crew.
