Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the third shift to lead planned, scheduled, and emergency maintenance activities on the plant floor. You will guide mechanics, ensure safety and quality, review work packages, and participate in daily shift-handover meetings.

You will provide technical guidance, manage workload, and partner with planners to optimize backlogs. Strong leadership and SAP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• SAP or comparable computerized maintenance management system experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team's safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure all work orders have required approvals and are properly documented.
• Attend shift-handover meetings and review downtime and open issues.
• Assign work orders and balance workload at shift start.
• Manage maintenance backlog with planners to set priorities.
