Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; drive systems and transmissions.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical wiring and control circuits.
• SAP or CMMS experience for maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance on safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Manage work orders, labor, materials, and approvals for maintenance.
• Attend shift handovers and review downtime and open items.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, cost, and thoroughness.
• Provide SAP guidance and train personnel on procedures.
