Job summary

Madison Health and Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. A sign-on bonus of 5000 is available, along with a new shift differential to support evening and overnight shifts.

The CNA will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, RN, and LPN, providing resident care, feeding assistance, and vital sign documentation.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Experience performing resident care tasks preferred.
• Ability to take vital signs and document care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide personal care and feeding assistance to residents.
• Serve meals and help with dining activities.
• Record vital signs and care activities under RN/LPN supervision.

Applicant must have current certification for CNA.

Certified Nurse Aide works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and assisting with activities. Serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed. Providing or assisting with resident personal care. Taking/recording vital signs.
