Job summary

Madison Health and Rehabilitation in Mars Hill, NC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily activities, help with meals, and monitor vital signs under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and RN/LPN.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and shift differentials to reward night and evening shifts. Full-time positions include robust benefits and opportunities to grow.

Applicant must have current certification for CNA.

Certified Nurse Aide works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and assisting with activities. Serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed. Providing or assisting with resident personal care. Taking/recording vital signs.
