Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in North Carolina seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in a full-time role. The CNA will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing/RN/LPN to provide essential resident care and support.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities, feeding residents, personal care, and recording vital signs, with a new shift differential and sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Applicant must have current CNA certification.

Madison Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Sign On Bonus$5000

New Shift Diff $5 3 PM - 11 PM, $3 11 PM – 7 AM.

Applicant must have current certification for CNA.

Certified Nurse Aide works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• supervising and assisting with activities.
• Serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed.
• Providing or assisting with resident personal care.
• Taking/recording vital signs.
