Job summary

Madison Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals in North Carolina. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a new shift differential of $5 for 3 PM–11 PM and $3 for 11 PM–7 AM shifts.

Applicants must have current CNA certification and will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and RN/LPN. CNAs assist with activities, serve meals, provide personal care, and take vital signs as part of daily
