Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team.

The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, feed and monitor residents, and take vital signs under supervision of a Director of Nursing, RN, or LPN.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive shift differentials for evening and night shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Madison Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Sign On Bonus$5000

New Shift Diff $5 3 PM - 11 PM, $3 11 PM – 7 AM.

Applicant must have current certification for CNA.

Certified Nurse Aide works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and assisting with activities. Serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed. Providing or assisting with resident personal care. Taking/recording vital signs.
