Ideal candidates hold a USCG Master’s license with at least 100 GRT Near Coastal endorsement and bring strong safety, teamwork, and grooming standards. Expect a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off schedule with comprehensive simulator training and travel, room,

Qualifications

• U.S. Coast Guard Master’s license with 100 GRT and Near Coastal endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger, crew, and vessel safety and security.
• Perform safe launch operations and conduct vessel space inspections.
• Stand helm and piloting watches and assist with engine room maintenance.
• Support hotel and culinary teams to deliver five‑star guest service.
• Maintain logs, reports, and records.
