Foley Equipment is offering a ThinkBIG Intern Technician program beginning June 2027. You will train on Caterpillar equipment, earn an Associate of Applied Science degree, and complete over 2,000 hours of work experience with Foley at locations across the region.

The two-year program rotates between ThinkBIG school sessions and Foley locations, with 7–8 week rotations. Housing arrangements near campuses and Foley sites are required, and program benefits include a $10,000 tools toolbox and
