Foley Equipment offers a ThinkBIG Intern Technician program beginning June 2027, combining hands-on shop work with academic study. You’ll earn an Associate of Applied Science degree and gain over 2,000 hours of paid work experience through a two-year rotational structure.

Rotations alternate between ThinkBIG school sessions and Foley locations, with housing arranged near school campuses and Foley sites. A strong emphasis on safety and mentorship drives every step of the journey.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Foley's culture—safety prioritized above all else.
• Work with mentors to learn shop procedures, safety requirements, and system workings.
• Attend school and maintain minimum program grade requirements while in ThinkBIG.
• Complete and submit all assignments related to the internship.
• Occasionally travel to train or assist at other Foley locations.
