• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn Caterpillar equipment.
• Strong dependability and punctuality in school and internship rotations.
• Ability to learn and apply safety procedures and shop practices.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Foley's safety-first culture and shop procedures.
• Work with mentors to understand components, systems, and procedures.
• Attend school sessions, maintain grades, and stay in good standing with ThinkBIG.
• Complete assignments and internship tasks on time.
• Occasionally travel to other Foley locations for training.
