Job summary

Foley Equipment offers the Caterpillar ThinkBIG internship beginning June 2027 to launch a diesel technician career. You will receive hands-on training on Caterpillar equipment, pursue an Associate of Applied Science, and accumulate over 2,000 hours of paid work experience at Foley locations and partner schools.

The two-year program features rotations between ThinkBIG school and Foley sites, with housing arrangements and mentorship from experienced technicians.

Responsibilities
