Job summary

Foley Equipment invites aspiring diesel technicians to join the Caterpillar ThinkBIG internship starting June 2027. You will receive hands-on training, earn an Associate of Applied Science degree, and gain over 2,000 hours of work experience while based at Foley locations.

The two-year program blends school and on-site rotations every 7–8 weeks, with housing arranged by the student. It is a paid internship with potential for full-time technician roles after completion.

• Maintain program grades and good standing with school and ThinkBIG program.
• Complete and submit required assignments for the internship.
• Occasional travel to training or Foley locations as needed.
