Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Mechanical aptitude testing or assessment may be used.
• Interest in Caterpillar equipment and diesel technology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn on state-of-the-art Caterpillar equipment at school and Foley locations.
• Attend school and internship rotations as part of the ThinkBIG program.
• Complete required assignments and maintain good academic standing.
• Occasionally travel for training or to assist at other Foley locations.
