Qualifications

• ITAR compliance is required; candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus a technical certification or two-year technical degree.
• Experience in a production environment with capability to learn thermal spray processes.
• Ability to perform mechanical measurements (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Organized, detailed, and accurate with good written and verbal communication.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word) and proper documentation skills.
• Plasma/thermal spray or HVOF experience preferred; robotics familiarity is a plus.
• Thermal spray process experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform thermal spray coating operations under supervision.
• Verify parts according to job folders, including masking, cleaning, and coating steps.
• Record and sign off data in the job folder and ensure traceability.
• Report coating issues, damaged parts, or tooling to lead.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure conformance to specs.
• Follow in-process inspection procedures to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure on-time completion and high-quality output.
• Observe Health and Safety policies and wear PPE.
