Job summary

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance required; US Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
• Experience using hand tools for manual processes is preferred.
• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete steps of the thermal spray process including masking, grit blasting, deburring, and grinding using hand tools.
• Review job folders to verify areas of processing and post-processing.
• Perform visual inspection of parts for defects and record data per job folder.
• Follow work instructions and process requirements; report problems to Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain in-process inspection procedures to meet customer and job folder requirements.
• Assist supervisor in developing processes to improve operations.
• Adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety policies and PPE use.
