The role requires 3–5 years of lead experience in thermal spray, ITAR eligibility (U.S. citizen or permanent resident), and forklift certification; overtime and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance: U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years lead or supervisory experience in thermal spray.
• Ability to lead, direct and motivate employees.
• Overtime or any shift, including weekends.
• Forklift certification required.
• Must communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review job folders to verify masking, cleaning and coating requirements.
• Set up parameters and operate thermal spray equipment and robotics.
• Follow in-process inspection procedures to verify compliance with specifications.
• Use basic precision measuring instruments and record data.
• Sign off on data defined in the job folder.
• Promote safety and good housekeeping; report irregularities to supervision.
• Perform duties to safeguard customer inventory and prevent losses.
