Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using hand tools for manual processes preferred.
• Experience in production environment preferred.
• Strong organization and documentation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete steps of the thermal spray process including masking, grit blasting, deburring, and grinding using hand tools.
• Review job folder to verify areas to be processed and masking details.
• Perform visual inspection of parts for defects.
• Record and sign off on data defined in the job folder.
• Report problems or deviations to Lead or Supervisor.
• Follow in-process inspection procedures to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist supervisor in developing improved processes.
• Maintain safety by following PPE requirements and EH&S policies.
