Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Scheduler to support our thermal power generation projects. Preference for Houston, TX offices, but candidates from other locations may be considered.

You will prepare and review EPC schedules for brownfield and greenfield developments, coordinating with end-users, contractors, and the Energy Team. The role requires 5+ years in EPC scheduling, strong mastery of Primavera P6 and MS Project, and experience developing logical sequencing, durations, and phasing while analyzing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling EPC power generation projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in the development of logical sequencing, durations and phasing.
• Experience with Primavera/Expedition.
• PMI-SP preferred; uphold safety and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for power generation projects, brownfield and greenfield.
• Review baseline and monthly schedule updates.
• Review claims and related analysis and assist with response letters.
• Analyze schedules, identify issues, develop solutions.
• Incorporate permitting matrix into master schedule and support critical path analysis.
• Coordinate with end-users, contractors, and project stakeholders.
