Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules for complex EPC and engineered‑to‑order projects. The role collaborates with Project Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, and vendors to establish baselines, track progress, and manage risks.

Strong Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, and communication skills are essential. Preferred location is the Atlanta metro area, with the Duluth, GA headquarters serving as the hub for scheduling activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPC, industrial, or large capital projects.
• Proven schedule development, baseline creation, and progress tracking.
• Ability to identify risks, perform critical path analysis, and recovery planning.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, vendors, and field teams.
• Certification in PSP, PMP, or Primavera P6 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction.
• Create baselines, WBS, activity logic, milestones, calendars, and responsibilities.
• Incorporate contractual milestones and vendor activities into schedules.
• Identify critical paths, constraints, and float erosion; support change management.
• Provide forecasts, look‑ahead schedules, narratives, and variance analyses.
• Support project reviews and monthly reporting; assist proposal scheduling.
