Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Scheduler to join the Project Controls team, supporting Power & Energy programs including transmission and substation capital projects. The role can sit in Dallas, Tulsa, or Corpus Christi.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in scheduling for capital projects and strong Primavera P6 expertise, with experience in coordinating with construction teams, clients, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent scheduling experience.
• 7+ years developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules for capital projects.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience including schedule development and progress reporting.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and status integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to collect updates and align activities.
• Monitor critical path, milestones, and schedule variances; propose mitigations.
• Review contractor schedules for logic, sequencing, and alignment with plans.
• Prepare schedule reports, look-aheads, and executive updates.
