PROENERGY is seeking a Field P6 Scheduler to develop and manage detailed EPC project schedules using Primavera P6. You will work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities on Houston-area field sites.

The role requires travel up to 50%, field presence at job sites, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Pre-employment screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 with CPM/resource/cost loading.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and database initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop Level 1–5 EPC schedules with milestones, resources, and critical paths.
• Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and variances from baseline.
• Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports for clients and internal teams.
• Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) to measure project performance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align forecasts (EAC) with planning.
• Validate contractor schedules for alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain EPC phase schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning).
