Columbia Basin Hospital in Ephrata, WA is seeking a Therapy Services Coordinator to serve as the administrative hub of the Rehabilitation Therapy department, coordinating scheduling, admissions, referrals, and care coordination for inpatient and outpatient therapy services.

You will work with therapists, nursing staff, patients, and families to ensure timely access, maintain accurate records, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a business-related field with emphasis on customer service.
• Prior hospital or clinic experience with exposure to medical terminology and insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration, scheduling, and admissions for therapy services.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments to maximize schedules and patient access.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and plans of care with providers and clinical staff.
• Prepare schedules and organize documentation to support therapists.
