Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Therapy Coordinator to oversee the rehabilitation department across partner facilities. You will align patient care with financial goals while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will schedule and supervise therapy staff, collaborate with facility leadership, and ensure accurate documentation, billing, and quality outcomes in a dynamic, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the respective therapy role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation department operations to meet resident needs and align with financial goals.
• Schedule staff to meet patient needs and ensure efficient department function.
• Collaborate with facility administration and interdisciplinary teams on goals and programs.
• Ensure timely MDS reporting and accurate billing documentation.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on clinical guidelines and developments.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols within the facility.
