Brooks Bartram Hospital is seeking a Therapy Scheduler to manage inpatient therapy appointments across PT, OT, SLP, and TR. The role requires coordinating with therapists and nursing staff, handling email requests, and updating schedules to reflect patient preferences in a busy hospital setting.

The position is PRN with 16–20 hours primarily on weekends, located at the Bartram Inpatient Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience as administrative assistant or scheduler in medical, service, or hospitality fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, SLP, TR) and changes/cancellations.
• Manage e-mail requests from therapists and nursing staff.
• Data entry for follow-up medical appointments during inpatient stays.
• Incorporate patient preferences into the schedule.
• Holiday scheduling for all inpatient therapies (PT, OT, SLP, TR).
