Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as administrative assistant or scheduler within medical, service or hospitality fields.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, SLP, TR) and manage changes/cancellations.
• Handle email requests from therapists and nursing staff.
• Data entry of follow-up medical appointments during inpatient stay.
• Incorporate patient preferences into the schedule.
• Holiday scheduling for inpatient therapies.
• Schedule all inpatient therapies and data entry of corresponding appointments.
