Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join the inpatient team at Brooks Bartram in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform new patient evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and contribute to patient care programs in an inpatient setting.

The role requires a valid Florida PT license, CPR/BLS, and a patient‑centered approach. Experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply as part of a collaborative, evidence‑based care team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
