Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Therapy Scheduler to manage the schedule for therapists on all units within Brooks Bartram Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves entering and updating all inpatient therapy appointments and handling email requests from therapists and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, SLP, TR).
• Manage e-mail requests from therapists and nursing staff.
• Data entry of all follow-up medical appointments during inpatient stays.
• Incorporate patient preferences into the scheduling process.
• Schedule all inpatient therapies on weekends as part of PRN coverage.
