Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville is seeking a part-time Staffing Therapy Scheduler to plan monthly staffing for Bartram Crossing and University Crossing, ensuring schedules align with policies and service needs. You will enter schedules into our scheduling software, generate reports, adjust daily staffing with managers, and proactively secure replacement staff when absences occur.

A High School diploma and 1 year in a medical/business office are required, with preferred experience in

Additionally, they will work with the staff to accommodate individual’s schedules according to current policies.
