Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a Therapy Scheduler for the Arizona inpatient hospital location. You will manage daily schedules for therapy services (PT, OT, SLP, TR), perform data entry, and respond to email requests from therapists and nursing staff. The role supports patient rights, confidentiality and service excellence.

You will ensure timely scheduling, coordinate with units, and maintain accuracy while upholding hospital policies and a professional image.

Qualifications

• Administrative scheduler experience in medical/services environment preferred.
• Strong data-entry, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid verbal and written communication with patients, families and staff.
• Knowledge of patient rights, confidentiality and universal precautions.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, SLP, TR) across units.
• Process email requests from therapists and nursing staff.
• Handle follow-up medical appointment data entry during inpatient stay.
• Incorporate patient preferences into the schedule and communicate changes.
