Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Rehab Coordinator to oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care within the therapy department. You will support daily operations under the supervision of the Therapy Care Navigator and act as a professional representative of TMC within the facility.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and teamwork; pay is hourly and the team focuses on delivering the TMC Experience while promoting core values and patient-first care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Nurses’ Aide Certification or equivalent rehab training preferred.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift and control 50 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transports and assists with patient care under supervision of licensed therapists and in accordance with state/federal laws.
• Orders and maintains office supplies per policy.
• Maintain department filing systems and charts.
• Prepare forms for physician signatures and track documentation to ensure timely receipt.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with TCN guidance.
