Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Rehab Coordinator in Florida to oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care under licensed therapists. You will support the daily operation of the therapy department and promote a high-quality patient experience across the facility.

As a professional TMC ambassador, you will develop relationships with facility staff, manage scheduling and documentation, and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Transports and assists with patient care under licensed therapists.
• Orders and maintains office supplies per policy.
• Maintain filing, charts, and binders as described in policy.
• Prepare forms for physician signature and track timely receipt.
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance with DOR.
• Complete scanning and filing of records within designated time frames.
• Review DARs and treatment grids for accuracy under supervision.
• Attend meetings and communicate therapy information to DOR and staff.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly checklists and report deficiencies.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment and office areas.
• Complete weekly sanitation of all equipment as directed by DOR.
• Represent TMC professionally and promote a positive work environment.
• Develop relationships with staff and ensure scheduling coverage as needed.
• Review/approve time sheets daily under DOR direction.
• Assist with phones, messages, and internal communications.
• Complete and distribute DARs and timesheets.
• Complete assigned tasks from DOR, Area Manager, or Regional Director.
