TMC: Therapy Management Corporation in Lakeside, AZ is seeking a Rehab Coordinator to oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care under licensed therapists, supporting efficient daily operation of the therapy department.

As a professional representative of TMC, you will maintain documentation, manage scheduling, coordinate communications, and promote the TMC Experience while contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Nurses' Aide Certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Demonstrates customer service and soft skills.
• Ability to follow company values and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transports and assists with patient care under supervision of licensed therapists.
• Orders and maintains office supplies per company policy.
• Maintains department filing systems and patient charts.
• Prepares forms for physician signatures and tracks timely receipt.
• Reviews documentation for completeness and compliance, with TCN oversight.
• Assists with scheduling and coverage as directed by the TCN.
