Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation seeks a Rehab Coordinator to oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care under licensed therapists. You will represent TMC to staff and promote efficient operation of the therapy department while supporting the TMC Experience.

Responsibilities include filing, form preparation, documentation review for accuracy and compliance, and assisting with scheduling and communications across the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA/med aide training preferred.
• Proficient with computer applications and basic software.
• Nurses’ Aide certification or rehab field experience preferred.
• Ability to follow policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care under therapists' supervision.
• Maintain department filing and charts; prepare forms for physician signature.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance; coordinate with the Therapy Care Navigator.
• Attend meetings; take notes; communicate therapy information to staff.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly checklists and cleanliness of treatment areas.
• Support scheduling, time sheets, and staff coverage.
