Key Responsibilities for Recruiters

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle for various open positions, assisting clients in finding, hiring, and retaining quality candidates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand division hiring needs and job specifications.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to connect with qualified candidates.
• Develop market intelligence and cultivate long-term relationships with industry professionals.
• Partner with account managers to present candidates to clients for placements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and during contract employment.

As a recruiter, your role is to connect qualified candidates with our competitive clients. Recruiters act as intermediaries between employers and job applicants, particularly for positions that require specialized qualifications and experience. They leverage databases, social media platforms, and their professional networks to identify suitable candidates.
