SkyBridge Healthcare LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters to source, engage, and place top healthcare talent in travel and contract roles. The role requires managing full recruitment lifecycles and collaborating with Account Managers to meet division hiring needs.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days remote), comprehensive training, and opportunities for advancement, with a competitive base salary and weekly commissions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Prior recruiting experience not required.
• Must be able to commute to our office in Tampa, FL.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.

• Partner with account managers to present qualified candidates to clients for placement opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and during contract employment.

Key Responsibilities for Recruiters:

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle for various open positions, assisting clients in finding, hiring, and retaining quality candidates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand division hiring needs and job specifications.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and candidate outreach to engage top talent.
• Partner with account managers to present qualified candidates to clients for placement opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and during contract employment.

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, organization, and the ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
