Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Program Manager for our therapy team in a true outpatient setting within a senior living community. Open to PT, OT, and PTA with 3–5 years of rehab experience and supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Education in PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA with licensure.
• Valid state licensure and license eligibility.
• 3–5 years of clinical rehab experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Leadership and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff.
• Monitor personnel credentials and corrective action plans.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and ensure delivery of high-quality therapy services.
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage.
• Develop strategies to expand therapy programs and lead marketing efforts.
• Investigate and resolve patient, staff, or service-related issues and provide staff education.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in rehab services.
