Job summary

HealthPRO Heritage in Saddle River, NJ is hiring a Full-Time Program Manager - Physical Therapist to lead our clinical therapy team in an assisted living community. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, allowing you to make a real difference in resident care.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience who can oversee program development, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with hospitals and communities to grow therapy

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy or related discipline, state licensure required.
• 3–5 years clinical rehab experience; leadership preferred.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team and manage schedules.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise therapy staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Maintain clinical caseload and ensure high-quality services per regs.
• Develop and grow therapy programs, including partnerships with hospitals.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and Medicare/compliance requirements.
• Resolve patient and staff issues with effective communication and problem-solving.
